The government backed down and sent me a letter confirming that my client can operate while her appeal is pending. The lawsuit os not over by a long shot, but the first skirmish is ours. My client is still in business, and her employees still have jobs.

I am emotional. These people never back down, but we scared them. Holy shit.

Things have not been going the Govt’s way in court as of late. I suspect it is better to save face than face yet another public defeat.
